~mtz: Back in April of **** I went to Fidelity with my father's stock certificates to have them transferred from BNY Mellon to Fidelity. I had power of attorney. The certificates I had were transferred w*o incident. I misplaced several however and put a temporary stop on them by phone to BNY Mellon. Subsequently I found the certificates. At that point I was told I had send documentation which I did Fedex. BNY Mellon does not accept power of attorney over * year old - a ridiculous stipulation as any attorney will tell you. The Fedex package arrived prior to POA expiring and was signed in at BNY but they could not find the package! My father died and I had wait * months to finish the legal process of becoming executor. Six business days ago I sent all documents to BNY's PO box in Pittsburgh. This morning they told me it had not arrived and there was nothing they could do without documents - fax is not acceptable. They claim the post office takes *-** business days to deliver a letter f
