GetHuman-24088: The result was terrible. Service told me to go to local bank and ask them to call service. They did and two hours later problem with ATM card was NOT solved. When the bank officer called them and could not get help we asked for supervisor and person said "supervisor not available". Asked for another supervisor and she said there was not one! Horrible service!!! Problem still unsolved -
