GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-jogichek: I am trying to money from my Bank of America account to HDFC bank in India. Here the network is slow and session expires very fast. The other concern I have that it keeps asking my debit card no beer or atm card information which I am reluctant to give. I want bank to bank transfer not through ATM or debit card. For ATM or debit card fees are very high. Why can't I do it over the phone with the help of the representative* It will be much easier . Pl help help. Thanks.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Bank of America. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Bank of America problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jogichek: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bank of America's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jogichek: For that I would say one out of five.
