~Janute: Thank you so much! I've been trying for a month to contact B of A to find out who can take care of foreclosed property next door. It's abandoned with a squatter living in it. Finally with your website help I actually got to talk to a human who immediately sent an email to property mgmt to get someone out to check the property. I am happy with the results.

~Janute: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Janute: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
