~mjdavis920: Your B of a in Ventura the branch manager needs to pay more atttention to his customers that walk into his front then make sure his tie is straight. Sorry to say Hes rude, never says ****o and micro mangages all his tellers. It takes humbleness and care and heart to make a great branch....he does not have it. I asked for his help and what my concerns were and all he did only to his satifaction. I will soon go to another bank.
