~Blue: I was finally able to speak with someone but it was no help. Also, they must be outside the country because what I could hear, which was very little, I could not understand.

~Blue: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Blue: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Blue: For that I would say two out of five.
