~fiona: Fraud protection automated service freezes card despite correct answers to security questions. After unacceptable wait, spoke to employee, understanding of English poor and became annoyed when asked to repeat questions. Phoned back to make a complaint, repeated put through to 'Fraud' department who said no complaints department existed. Have had ** automated calls since then despite them telling me card cancelled, me telling them that I do not want it refreshed.
