~Dance Girl: I wanted to apply for a new Barclays Arrival* account. *st, had a very difficult time locating a phone * to speak to a human. You have to be a B-card holder for their listed cust service *. Found a * but person could not answer my question re: which airlines can be used for redeemed miles. He tried transferring me, but got disconnected. Going to apply for Capital One. Barclays to cumbersome.

~Dance Girl: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dance Girl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Barclays's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dance Girl: For that I would say one out of five.
