~Kevin : After being cut off of the chat line by "Jane" and "JayPee" i got through to "Ace" once I googled B&N's actual phone *. There was still no solution to my problem, which is my inability to access two books which I purchased yesterday.

~Kevin : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kevin : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Barnes & Noble's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kevin : For that I would say five out of five.
