~monaom: I wanted to cash in $**.** worth of gift cards received at Christmas. This is required by law in CA, which is also stated on the back of the BN card. Talked to three individuals who said it was against company policy. ALL ended up hanging up on me, even a so-called supervisor. All said they could not even give me a corporate address where to send a letter of complaint. Of course, no corporate phone given either. I tried the phone numbers listed here and none are connected. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General in CA.
