I had to redial and go through the wait process again at *:** I got Jacari (if that's his real name because they arent allowed to give their last names: He has to track down Andrew) at *:** I get Andrew back he apparently couldnt help me (so he hung up) so I request his supervisor Petrina at *:** by *:** I end the call because she gives me the same speill that everyone else did and has wait for it...no one elses email but a PO box that I could WRITE to and voice my complaint!
