~Ria: I have placed several orders with Beauty.com and they are the WORST!!!!!!!!! THEY SCREWED EVERY SINGLE ORDER UP! It is cancelled and they don't tell me until I go to see if it was shipped. I would reorder and they charge me again and the order never ships it was suppose to go overnight ** days later and five phone calls saying it will go out today and it was never mailed out. It is always something with them I will never order from them again too many other great sites with great service and good prices. Beauty.com needs to get their head screwed back on and get together they are the Worst and I order from every website and store online even from the Japanese websites and I don't have a problem from getting my orders from overseas but Beauty.com you would think you were ordering from outer space.
