~Hector: I'm very happy with this experience. I only waited * minutes or less to speak to a human, and she helped me go online on my desktop computer and reset my password so I could connect my new android to my router. I live in the country and usually cannot get data on my android out here, so I couldn't use my new android to solve the problem, and I had to buy a computer, since I didn't know anyone who might lend me their computer. But that's not Belkin's fault. I had forgotten my password and couldn't get it with my android while talking to customer support because I can't talk on it and surf the net with it at the same time. Problem solved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Belkin. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Belkin problem?
~Hector: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hector: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Belkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hector: For that I would say three out of five.
