~Hector: My new android had crashed after I bought my belkin router and configured it. I had planned to use just my android to go online with my satellite internet instead of buying a new computer after my old laptop finally died. But after I sent the defective android back to T-Mobile I couldn't get back on my router with my new android. I usually can't get data out here in the country, so belkin had advised me to either borrow or buy a computer and call them back. I was really frustrated. I got a great deal on a refurbished Dell desktop computer with monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, etc, from a computer repair shop near my home...only $***.** for everything. Then I called belkin again and had a great experience connecting my android to the router with their help.

~Hector: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Hector: For that I would say one out of five.
