GetHuman-198587: Terrible service. Called wal mart for care plan, then was told to call belkin. Called belkin and took at least ** minutes giving information. Then I was told I have to get my broken charger confirmed by a technician and send my receipt. I have the charger, the case, the receipt. It should not be this hard
