~mckerr: The first tech was difficult to understand. After nearly an hour of talking with her she realized the problem was too complicated for her expertise and transferred me to her manager, who stayed with me on the phone for *.* more hours until the problem was solved, during which time he set up a *-way call with a tech from my ISP, Verizon. Through their communication and various tests they were able to isolate the problem, which turned out NOT to be my new Belkin router, but the dsl wiring to my modem. I have NEVER had customer service from any other company go to such lengths to take care of my needs - no matter how long it took! I had to write this review because most companies don't try this hard to please their customers. I'm sorry I cannot remember the Belkin tech's name to give him the credit he deserves.

~mckerr: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mckerr: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Belkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mckerr: For that I would say two out of five.

~mckerr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Belkin to know who you are.
