~Dutchman: The technician(?) or customer service rep(?) spoke reasonable English, for the most part, but apparently did not understand English well as I had to repeat myself several times with the same information because he repeatedly got wrong on read-back (e.g. Belkin model number, and IF I was calling about a Belkin product - DUH!). When restating himself, he often changed what he said so that his response to the same question was not the same every time (he flip-flopped - sometimes more than just a couple of times). I said I would call back at a later time. I have not had to call Belkin in quite a while, but their support was NEVER like this in the past!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Belkin. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Belkin problem?
~Dutchman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dutchman: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Belkin's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dutchman: For that I would say five out of five.

~Dutchman: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Belkin to know who you are.
