~belkinsucks: After getting disconnected * individual times, i found this number. I got a recording stating that they can't help me and then the call disconnected. I am not connected via my router or modem but instead to someone else's router. It's not just the router here on my end. Tried to manually connect via ethernet cord to modem which seems like it was the original router when the building was wired. Charter is coming out tomorrow morning (the earlier it could set up a work order). In the meantime, im reduced to having to borrow someone else's connection. so its not just a belkin issue but also a charter issue. If charter or belkin cant fix the issue, I am not sure what i will be able to do. I am a college student and need the net to turn in assignments and I live pretty far from campus.

~belkinsucks: For that I would say three out of five.
