~enixer: I had a landline with Bell, with a second number going to that line as well. I bought a cell phone and wanted my landline number to be switched over to my cell. I was told that this would be no problem.*On the day that the switch was supposed to happen, there was a problem where both my cell and my landline were using that number. I contacted them, and was told that my landline was being disconnected, even though I hadn't asked for this and hadn't been told this would happen. I was also told that my second number, which I'd given to several offices as my home number, would be lost. I was told there was nothing they could do, but they apologized and told me I would be given either some sort of refund or discounts as a result.*Instead of a refund or discounts, Bell actually charged me ** days notice for disconnecting the line. Because their office took so long to get back to me, I was charged interest on my bill. I was double charged for days on which I had both the cell and landl

~enixer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~enixer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bell Canada's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~enixer: For that I would say four out of five.
