~Minnie Lacasse: Bell Canada has mysteriously lost our money order for $****. At the request of Bell's John (employee *****) we faxed copy of money order to ***-***-**** on Monday, January **, ****.. This was faxed by the Bank Street Bell Canada Office at *:**PM. Despite John's assertion that services would be reconnected when copy of money order was received, it has not been done as of Tuesday, January **, ****. No one appears to be able to make a decision. It's always a transfer from one department to another. I have spent hours on this matter without result.**Sincerely,*Dr. Minnie Lacasse
