GetHuman-305485: totally unreliable service, ignore all request and then try to make up charges that weren't requested by assigning themselves a confirmation number. Rude and arrogant costumer service representatives. Condenscending and refused access to manager to clear up problems. Very quick to send collection agency to collect money not owed. I hate Bell
