~kearathorne: I have had * cell phones for * years with this company. Wentto get tv through them. Need no installation or hardware as everything is installed. Argued with a bell online chat worker for ** minutes over the installation fee. They said i must go on the contract by waiving installation fee or pay for hardware installation even though all I needed was activation. Considered cancelling everything but decided to try calling in first. Called in and was told it was fine if I did not need the installation I would only need to pay the ** dollar activation fee and would not have a hardware fee or contract as it was not necessary. Just received a letter stating I am on a contract. Will be cancelling both cell phones and satellite TV tomorrow
