GetHuman-237384: If your phone dosen't work, how can you dial ***? Talking to India for customer service, is NOT customer service!! A phone is a life-line for seniors, which is ever increasing, and talking to a repair service department where you live, to find out when repairs can be made ASAP, is IMPERATIVE!!! I'am sure Bell executives don't call India for customer service when their phone quits working. If they were really concerned about customer service they wouldn't hide behind call centres half-way around the world, web pages that no one answers, and no contact numbers for service repair where you live.
