GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Bell Canada customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~missmoo: I have only bad things to say about Bell. Not only was my "Bell One Bill" not included all as one bill, I failed to receive any bills for more than half on my services for the first six months. This resulted in multiple late fees being charged for bills never received. I was also billed for text messages sent to a land line that was unable to receive them. My internet is spotty at best, only working well when the sun or moon is in a specific, unknown phase. My cell phone drops calls like a cow drops patties. Bell service representatives, when I am able to reach them, insist that everything is working fine and their contract has not been breached. It's been nothing but frustration dealing with this company and I regret ever walking into Bell. **Most recently, my turbo hub decided life was no longer worth living. I brought it to the Bell store where I was told I could buy a new hub from them (more than ***$), pay for services without receiving internet until the end of my contract, r
