~LC: After I cancelled my mobile with them, I hoped that at least with the internet things would be different. I was with a student promotion for * months. One month before expiry I call them to inform that I could not afford the full price of the package unless they would offer something competitive with the market. I was given a package worse than the one I have but better than the standard so I accepted and literally emphasized that this promotion was to start the next month, given that I had already one more month to go with my current package. She confirmed but in reality she started the new package right away. So she cancelled my good package to put a ** dollars more monthly but with half of every feature of the package. I called them to inform that I had to be one more month with my previous package as it needed one more month to expire they just said it is nothing they can do. So clearly cheating- they cancel the promotion one month in advance... I will soon leave this company for

~LC: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~LC: For that I would say two out of five.
