~yrag: We needed clarification an a billing charge. We waited, they answered, we asked our question, were put on hold and after ** minutes of waiting the lined went dead. This happened three times and every time we had to start from step one. I honestly believe that htis is part of their plan and that they have no intention to answer your questions.
