~Monique: I am writing this note to inform people about the unsatisfying customer service received from Bell. if ou are considering having your services provided by Bell, you many want to think again. Bell likes to promise their customers deals which they cannot keep. They told me once we cancel our services with Rogers, they will give us a better deal. We did just that. They told us they would come to our house and connect our services. My husband took the day oof and waited for the arrival. After waiting almost all day, he contacted them and was told that they had a computer error and no one will be coming. They also told my husband that the deal that was made with me is no longer valid and a new contract will have to be made. They ensure him that the contract is the same, it just needs to be put into the system again. My husband was not aware of the deal I had made with them. As a result, he was fooled into a whole new contract, which was double the price. I am terribly upset and dissapointed

~Monique: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bell Canada's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Monique: For that I would say five out of five.

~Monique: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Bell Canada to know who you are.
