GetHuman-280626: problem not resolved---but I was given a number to call that might be able to help to look into the operations of The Winston Salem Journal in Winston Salem NC--we have been a customer for ** years and I have a new carrier that have not delivered papers for three days-I have spoke to a district mgr and was told a shortage of papers were printed on News Years. A new carrier unfamiliar with the route is understandable but what is not---no names or numbers can be provided and the resolution for not delivering the paper is to CANCEL these customers so the carrier will not be inconvience-thank you-Bonnie
