~Fed up with poor products & se: Called Geek Squad about ongoing cell phone problem - kept dying for various reasons. Now looking at sending back replacement ** after only * weeks. Agent called store as they would not do anything other than another refurbished phone. Store said no. Asked to speak with a supervisor*manager. Was put on hold & actually waited ** minutes and no one ever came back on the line - just hung up on me.*Called corporate offices. ***-***-****. They called the Advanced Mobil Department - they said no. Told that only the store could do anything- "Oh no, Corporate can't override the store's decision". WHAT???? Now waiting to hear from the store manager - might as well wait for the hot place to freeze over before I hear from them. If I do - they won't do anything either - why have I been paying every month for insurance? This is it for me at Best Buy. Best - far from it.
