~Blossom: I could not recommend anyone NOT to purchase anything from this company enough. I had an awful experience with BiggerBooks that went on for about * months. I purchased a study guide book that was supposed to come with a flash drive. First, they contacted to let me know after I had paid for the book that shipment would be delayed because they did not have the book. When I finally received it (* weeks later), they did not send me the flash drive with the book. I called and all they could tell me was they "didn't know why" I had not received it and that they would call me back when they had more information because their manager on his lunch break, They called me back * days later and said they were sending me the flash drive and I would receive it within *-* days. I never received it so I called again. They had no information to give to me about where the flash drive was or why I had not yet received it. All they could tell me to do was to keep checking my email. However, I never receive
