GetHuman-427155: So I use an address for shipping that is different from the billing address and my order is cancelled and I have no book for class Monday Morning. The credit card was charged so I cannot place another order because I'm told I'd be charged a second time...but eventually the first charge is refunded..but its a process that takes days. Total bull....only solution, never use your site again.
