~Aggravated: The woman I spoke to was completely useless and basically said if I had any issues I should contact the vendor whom I purchased the phone from and they would contact blackberry. So basically I should just sit tight and continue with a phone that has issues until they get back to me. In other words I should have just gotten an Iphone and I could have just walked into the store and gotten assistance immediatly instead of having a useless woman waste my time and then put me on hold to get a "supervisor" and instead hang up.

~Aggravated: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Aggravated: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blackberry's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Aggravated: For that I would say five out of five.
