GetHuman-52484: customer service for this company ***** big time no info available to help customers t all. I bought a blackberry playbook April ***** and it was replaced*fixed * time by July ****. it has been less than a year since I bought this device and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I am VERY disgusted with product*customer service. You can bet that I will not recommend this product to anyone. after * year playbook will not charge and trying to find help is impossible take your product and STUFF IT
