~mkwats: I went on chat to ask one of the reps about my order. I placed the order on the *th and I was told it was shipped on the *th but USPS has not received it yet (its the **th). I asked the rep and all they said was "it was shipped on the *th". It wasnt helpful AT ALL and I sill dont know what happened to my order.
