GetHuman-289015: Blizzard support is terrible. They have locked me out of my account and after all I did to reset my password, they then tell me "too many attempts" when I try to sign in. I can't talk to ANY Blizzard support without signing into my account which they say I can't because of too many sign ins.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Blizzard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Blizzard problem?
GetHuman-289015: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-289015: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-289015: For that I would say one out of five.
