~MyScreenNameIsNoneOfYourBusine: World of Warcraft is the most heinously developed piece of **** I've ever seen. My stepdad and I share a computer and he's always making me play this game for him. I contend with a confusing storyline, tedious quests, overpowered enemies, dungeons that take way too long, and most importantly communication with other players only leads to unwinnable fights. Blizzard made a God-awful, money-wasting mistake when they made World of Warcraft, and it's something that should have been shut down in ****. I can't wait till they shut this game down because when they do, first thing I'm going to do is go down to Blizzard HQ, look for the manager and spit right in his face.**Blizzard Entertainment, if you're reading this, **** YOU!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Blizzard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Blizzard problem?
~MyScreenNameIsNoneOfYourBusine: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MyScreenNameIsNoneOfYourBusine: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MyScreenNameIsNoneOfYourBusine: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blizzard customers?
~MyScreenNameIsNoneOfYourBusine: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
