GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Blizzard customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kralin: I called this number only to receive a less than ** second sh-peal about how to put in a support ticket. this information was useless and i still have yet to contact blizzard. I am severely Pissed off my brother bought starcraft and installed it on my computer and blizzard won't let me play it on my blizzard account and i want an explanation and i want it now because this is completely unacceptable behavior.

~Kralin: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kralin: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kralin: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blizzard customers?
~Kralin: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
