~Jay: ... i got locked out of my account, so i called the phone number here. they referred me to their website and the website locked me out of trying to get into my account because i tried and failed to reset my password. so then i called them again, and they kept on telling me that i should use the website?! come on! website couldn't solve my problem. blizzard simply just stopped caring about their customers. they hung up on me after repeatedly saying that i should use the website, when i repeatedly told them i can't use their website to solve my problem! ***** blizzard, i won't ever buy their game ever again. but i am sure they are OK with that, i mean them being so rich already and stuff.

~Jay: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jay: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jay: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blizzard customers?
~Jay: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
