~captmidget: some companies just get too big and then customer service means nothing - that's when it's time to cancel your subscription! Blizzard can't fix problems with their existing games they make new ones for the money they can charge and their games **** with multiple problems. There is plenty of competition out there. No wonder so many people are leaving! Pages you're suppose to get help at - via email don't work. they lock you out for no reason , oh wait because you complained. They just don't care anymore. Probably never did. All greed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Blizzard. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Blizzard problem?
~captmidget: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~captmidget: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~captmidget: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Blizzard customers?
~captmidget: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
