GetHuman-428588: Finally got someone to answer. Couldn't help anyway. Said it is not them, it is me. But I have used your site to many many years. Never had this problem before, little ones, but not so I can't even send a card. Enough already. You don't want to take care of it, fine. Don't have all day to deal with you. *****@***.com **Tried e-mail and you throw me into questions that don't help. phone, too long and when I reached something they knew nothing. So, that's that. If you don't care, neither do I. What is the wait so long? If that because everyone is having trouble or you don't have enough personnel to answer calls. Whatever. *****@***.com
