~VERY UPSET: I am APPALLED at the level of service given by this provider. "Customer service"?? How can they call it that??! If Blue Shield were a person, it would be the douch bag neighbor who calls the cops on family birthday parties. This provider is supposed to be HELPING PEOPLE LIVE LONGER, HEALTHIER LIVES, instead, it's creating unnecessary stress by making us jump through hoops like a bunch of circus monkeys!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND I MEAN T E R R I B L E!!!!
