~ilovegreatcustservice: Before I start my review let me just say that ordering from the bodytronics.com site was pretty breezy as the website was user friendly. The price was also unbeatable. However, paypal is not offered on the site and I was disappointed about that. The item I purchased was a gift so the shipping address was different from the billing. After payment was deducted from my acct I received an email requesting a call to verify info...that was not a problem. Called the next morning and the rep was rude. She took offense to me suggesting that they look into using paypal in the future. She then told me that paypal is not on the site so they dont offer it. I told her that was already understood and it was just a suggestion. She then spoke over me to say that the site clearly states that if the billing*shipping addresses are different then they will need verification before anything is shipped. I told her that was not a problem and I read everything on the site carefully but if they offered paypal t
