~Anthony Wills: On *********. At about **:** am I called your customer service line and reported my boost mobile phone (* *** ***-****) stolen. I called again on today ********* and was told that there is no record of my having an account with boost mobile. Yesterday evening I was sent about * emails concerning my phone from boost mobile, but yet I am being told I have no account with boost mobile. I've been a customer since July, ****. I need help resolving this situation. I am very unhappy with Boost Mobile because no one there seems to care about my situation. I will call the BBB to see what could be done to solve this problems.
