~MK: UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE (Bill and Lily)... Purchased a Hinkley chandelier from showroom. The chandelier fell after installation from a compromised chain link that gave-way. Three out of six glass covers shattered. When presented this to Bill and Lily, all the said was that it is not their issue. Bill became loud and confrontational because I expected them to pay for the replacement glass. Proceed to tell me to deal with it on my own. **Would never do business with them or recommend them in anyway...
