~KURT: I COULD GET NOWHERE ONLINE,I ALSO COULD NOT FIND A TELEPHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE ONLINE, SO I GOOGLED "BRADFORD EXCHANGE TELEPHONE".IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR COMPANY.I COULD NOT REGISTER ONLINE, I HAD TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE.I EMAILED A REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT ADAPTER FOR "THOMAS KINKADE-THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS TREE"AS I CANNOT OPERATE THIS $*** ITEM WITH BATTERIES.FINALLY,AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE,WAS TOLD THAT YOU CANNOT SUPPLY ME WITH A REPLACEMENT CORD,BECAUSE THEY ONLY COME BUNDLED TOGETHER,NEVER SEPERATELY.SO THANKS FOR EVERYTHING,I CURRENTLY HAVE A $*** PAPERWEIGHT THAT I CANNOT USE.I GUESS ITS OFF TO THE DUMP WITH THIS ONE.I"LL BE SHOPPING AT BRADFORD EXCHANGE REEEEAAL SOON.(DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH.THANKS FOR NOTHING!
