~no more waiting: Tried calling several time, wrote * emails, never received any help from customer service. I wonder if I will receive any reply from my emails. As of today, I will not be purchasing anything again from Bradford Exchange. They need to improve customer service area. Finally I received my answer. Thank you and goodbye. It will be a long time before purchasing anything again. Why the lo---ng wait? Only reply was-- I am sorry no explanation.
