I went to the Craig,CO office shortly after mom died and asked to have her name removed from the billing. It didn't happen and has not. My wife has talked to Bresnan and my sister Dena Garcia has talked to Bresnan about removing mothers name from the account and setting it up in my oldest sisters name, Vicky Shenk, who has and now lives alone at **** North Yampa Avenue, Craig, Colorado. Vicky wants to continue with Bresnan, however, I am inclined to move Vicky to satellite if your business office can't make this happen. Drop my mothers name from the existing account and put it in Vicky Shenks name, please. This has been ongoing for * months and my family would appreciate someone moving on this. The Craig office assured me this matter was resolved months ago. fI was told that the account was in Vicky Shenks name months ago. It does seem drastic to change providers to address that matter, but if that i
