~Pissed Off Customer: Here's my experience:**There's frequently either a modum outage or a dvr f-up between the hours of midnight and * am. When you call, you are tormented by the electronic menu while you navigate you way (finally!) to the representative. Then a recording comes on that, at first sounds like you've connected. Then when that FIANLLY stops, you hold for some * to * minutes, at which time THEY HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE I GUESS, THEY'VE DECIDED YOUR TIME IS IRRELEVANT! Thanks for the experience Brighthouse! I now have to go to as many customer complaint review sites on the web, where I will once again repeat my story.
