GetHuman-247586: I have talked to customer care three times today, and got three different answers regarding the same issue.*All of a sudden I am being charged an extra $* for my converter box. First I was told I have TWO boxes, which is not the case, then I was told by a supervisor, BHN has a new billing policy, but was unable to provide a date this new *Policy was implicated, and unable to provide any documentation regarding this new policy...... I say this is all BS...*Anyway, I sent an email to THE OFFICE of the PRESIDENT regarding this. You can find a link to this on the support*Page for BHN at the bottom. Maybe if EVERYONE who is unsatisfied with all the BS that BHN spews, and sends complaints to the PRESIDENT, we may get some resolution.......TRY IT !!!!!!!!!
