GetHuman-182757: This cable service makes it very hard to report issues. If my internet is down and all your telephone circuits are busy, how can we inform you of issues? I find their customer service to be quite convenient- for the business, not the customer. **When I finally spoke to a technical assistant, he gave me suggestions I knew to be wrong. I was given an interaction number in regard to the conversation, only to be told a month later that they have no record of the interaction. **They should be ashamed of these tactics. Appealing through email*did not help at all.
